Rent Concession and Advertised Monthly Rent
The monthly rent for the Premises is $1,150.00. As an inducement to enter into this Lease, Landlord is granting Tenant a one-time rent concession equal to one (1) full month's rent ($1,150.00), which shall be applied to the first month of the Lease term.
